Sonic Youth Hope To Release New Album In June
Sonic Youth have said they hope to release their new studio album in June.
The band are stilling recording the album, which is currently entitled 'The Eternal'.
In an interview with Uncut, singer and guitarist Thurston Moore said the record would contain “juicy supersonic songs”.
Sonic Youth's last studio effort, 'Rather Ripped', was released on 2006.
The band's new album will be their first with Matador Records.
