U2 will perform at the 2009 BRIT Awards ceremony in London next month, it's been announced.
The seven-time BRIT Award winners will debut their new single 'Get On Your Boots'.
The Irish band are due to release their latest studio album, 'No Line On The Horizon', on March 2nd.
As previously reported on Gigwise, the ceremony will also feature a performance from The Pet Shop Boys, who have been awarded the Outstanding Contribution prize.
The 2009 edition of the Brit Awards will take place at London's Earls Court on February 18th.
The ceremony, which will be broadcast live on ITV, will be preceded on January 20th by a nominations launch.
