Lady Gaga has claimed her first UK number one with debut single, 'Just Dance'.
The New York electro star – tipped as one of Gigwise's Ones to Watch in 2009 – knocked X Factor winner Alexandra Burke off the top spot.
Burke's cover of 'Hallelujah' by Leonard Cohen fell to number three in the chart, while Nelly Furtado and James Morrison climbed to two with 'Broken Strings'.
Former X Factor winner Leona Lewis dropped one place to number four with her version of Snow Patrol's 'Run'.
In the album chart, Kings of Leon returned to the top with their 2008 album, 'Only By The Night', as last week's number one, Take That, fell to two.
