Katy Perry Dodges Question About Gym Class Heroes' Travis McCoy

Katy Perry has said she plans to put all her “energy and efforts” into touring this year, amid reports that her relationship with Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy has ended.

The singer, who shot to fame with the single ‘I Kissed A Girl’, is said to have split from McCoy shortly before the New Year.

However, Perry dodged the subject when asked on Thursday (January 8th) if she was enjoying single life again.

"Well, it's a new year, and I'm very focused," she told MTV.

"I have a tour coming up on January 23 called the Hello Katy Tour, and I'm putting all my energy and efforts into that."

As previously reported on Gigwise, McCoy appeared to allude to the split in a blog post on December 31st.

Meanwhile, Perry has given one fan the chance to perform a duet with her at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles next month.
