US R&B star and widow of rapper Notorious BIG, Faith Evans, has expressed her disappointment at Lil' Kim's reaction to 'Notorious', the biopic about her husband's career.
Kim was recently quoted as saying she didn't support the film and claimed Evans and BIG's mother, Voletta Wallace, had portrayed her poorly in the project.
"I've had enough and I'm about to expose them both. ... I've been quiet for a long time," Lil' Kim told Hip-Hop Weekly.
Speaking to MTV at the film's premiere on Wednesday (January 7th), Evans said she had been trying her best “not to think” about Lil' Kim's comments. "It's kinda sad,” she added.
Notorious charts the rapper’s rise to international stardom, which came to a tragic end in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles in 1997.
The movie is released on January 16th.
