Former X Factor winner Leona Lewis is to begin work on her autobiography at the age of 23.
The singer, who won the talent contest in 2006, has signed an undisclosed book deal with publishing house Hodder & Stoughton.
The autobiography will see Lewis detail her huge rise from "waitressing in Pizza Hut in Hackney to stardom on both sides of the Atlantic”, the publisher said.
The book will also contain over 100 new photographs taken by Dean Freeman, who has previously worked with David Beckham.
Lewis's debut album 'Spirit' has sold nearly five million copies around the world since it was released in 2007.
The singer's autobiography will be released in October, shortly before the release of her second album.
