Foals have previewed exerts of three songs from their new album online.
The songs - 'A Future Dub', 'A Future Dub Deux' and 'XCFAVA' - can be downloaded now from the band's MySpace page.
Frontman Yannis Philippakis said the group were still writing their second album, which he said was “sounding less and less surf the colder it gets”.
Speaking about the new songs, the singer wrote: “Most of this stuff is me messing round late at night lonely on a loop pedal. It's for the most part formless and semi-instrumental.”
At present, the follow-up to 2007's 'Antidotes' has yet to be given a release schedule.
