Amy Winehouse has extended her stay in the Caribbean by a further two weeks, according to reports.
The singer, who spent the festive period on the island of St Lucia, is understood to have flown more family and friends out to join her.
“The sun is doing her the world of good. She is looking after herself better and eating well,” a source told the Sun newspaper.
The singer is reported to have formed a close relationship with the man who plays Father Christmas at her hotel in St Lucia.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Winehouse has been summoned to appear in a Norwegian court this month in her appeal against a drugs fine.
The singer, her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, and another man were arrested by police outside a Bergen hotel in October 2007.
Winehouse was released by police after she agreed to pay a £294 fine, but the singer later contested the penalty alleging that claims had been made in her arrest.
Prosecutor Rudolf Christoffersen said the singer is expected in court when the trial opens on January 12th.
