Gwen Stefani has crushed her own band's hopes of playing rock festivals. Her reason? She's too much of "a woman" to rough it in a muddy field.
Rock and roll! I think not!
The over-rated ska wannabe was dragged to the super-splendid Glastonbury Festival in 2002 with No Doubt and has vowed she won't go near another rock fest again.
The big snob whines, "The band really wanted to do the festivals and I was, 'You know what ? I've been to enough rough parties. I don't want to do them anymore.' But I did it for them. "
Eh?
She continues, "I'm not a tent type. I used to be - for 12 years. But I've sold out, I'm a woman now."
All you gals heading for the fests...take notice, she's just being a ponce. No Doubt? Don't let her bully you!
