DJ AM is suing the companies linked to a plane crash in which he and his collaborator Travis Barker were the only survivors.
The DJ, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, filed a complaint for negligence and breach of contract at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (December 23rd).
Goldstein and Barker both escaped with burns after their Learjet careered off a runway last September.
The airplane crash killed the drummer's assistant, Chris Baker, bodyguard, Charles Still, and the plane’s two pilots.
Goldstein is seeking jury trial – but a financial sum isn’t specified in the lawsuit.
According to the Associated Press news agency, the DJ is also suing the estates of the plane’s pilots.
As previously reported on Gigwise, former Blink-182 drummer Barker began his own legal proceedings in connection with the crash last month.
There are also reports of a reunion involving his former band, Blink-182.
