A man has been jailed for life over the murder of Philant Johnson, a friend and assistant of US rapper T.I..
34-year-old Hosea Thomas was convicted of murder by a jury in Cincinnati last month.
Mr Johnson was murdered when a van he was travelling in with the rapper was ambushed by Thomas following a party in 2006. Three others were injured in the incident.
During the trial, the court heard how Thomas had attacked Mr Johnson following an alleged altercation in the VIP section of a club in Cincinnati, OH, where the rapper was holding a party in 2006.
Thomas was told yesterday that he would face a minimum of 66-years to life in prison.
