Prince has released a new funk song on a previously unknown internet website.

'There Will Never B Another 1 Like M' is the fifth new Prince song to debut this week.

Four other tracks, which mix Prince's trademark guitars and balladry, were played for the first time on Los Angeles radio station Indie 103 yesterday (December 18th), according to Rolling Stone.

At present, the new Prince website, MPLSound – a reference to the singer's hometown of Minnieapolis – just features a media player embedded over a purple background.

It's not clear whether the singer plans to turn the songs into an official release.
