The Specials' Terry Hall has said it would be "nice" if the group could play the Glastonbury festival next year as part of their reunion tour.
“That would be nice. The last time I played at Glastonbury was 1983, 1984 so it would be nice to do it,” Hall told BBC 6Music.
As previously reported on Gigwise, The Specials recently announced a UK tour to coincide with their 30th anniversary.
At present, the tour is scheduled to draw to a close with a home town performance at Coventry's Ricoh Arena on May 15th.
Speaking about the tour, Hall said the band would play tracks exclusively from their past because the music and lyrics “still applies today”.
“Climates have changed slightly but we’re still faced with this huge recession, unemployment and racism. It still exists and that’s what we dealt with first time round,” he added.
Tickets for the tour are on sale now and available through Gigwise here.
