Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell has revealed that he has been writing songs for Florence and The Machine.
In an interview with the Daily Star newspaper, Borrell said he hadn't discussed their collaboration in public because of his reputation.
"Florence And The Machine are friends of mine but I haven't really talked about it [writing songs for them], before because the press always get the wrong idea and they're just starting out,” he said.
"They've been playing some of the songs in their live set for a while now."
As previously reported on Gigwise, Florence and The Machine was recently crowned the Brit Awards' Critics' Choice winner for 2009.
She will collect her prize at the Brit Awards in London on February 18th.
