Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has said he is sure he will “love” Guns N' Roses new album 'Chinese Democracy' – even though he hasn't heard it yet.
“I've read the reviews, and judging from the reviews I know I'm gonna ****ing love it," Gallagher told Detroit News.
'Chinese Democracy' was released worldwide last month, almost fifteen years after Guns N' Rose's last studio album.
But despite huge anticipation, the album has so far failed to capture the critics attention – and has already seen a dramatic fall in sales.
But Gallagher said he wasn't concerned about the mixed reaction.
"I love preposterous records, and anything that took 17 years [to make] is obviously ****ing ludicrous. I'm dying to hear it. I already know I'm going to like it," he said.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Gallagher also told the publication that he has already written and demoed the majority of Oasis's next album.
Last weekend, Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose held an impromptu web chat with fans in which he discussed the wait behind 'Chinese Democracy'.
