Nick Cave Set To Hand Out 2008 Turner Prize Tonight

Nick Cave will announce the winner of this year's Turner Prize at a ceremony in London later.

The singer will present the award for contemporary art at Tate Britain. Madonna and actor Dennis Hopper have both announced the winner in the past.

Four artists - Goshka Macuga, Runa Islam, Mark Leckey and Cathy Wilkes -  are vying for this year's Turner Prize.

The exhibition includes a mannequin perched on the toilet, Homer Simpson and images of a woman smashing tea cups on a floor.

The winner of the Turner Prize receives a £25,000 cash prize.
