Britney Spears Announces 2009 UK Tour Dates

Britney Spears will play two concerts at London's O2 Arena next June, it's been announced.

The concerts, on June 3rd and 4th, will be the only European dates on the singer's world tour.

The shows will support Spears new album, 'Circus', which is released on December 1st.

As previously reported on Gigwise, the singer is in Europe this week publicising her new album.

Spears' trip will culminate in a rare TV appearance on this weekend's edition of The X Factor.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on December 5th at 9am and will be available through Gigwise.
