Former Blue Peter presenter Valerie Singleton has said she still rues the day she neglected to ask the Beatles for their autographs.
The TV host met the band in the 1960s during her ten year tenure on the popular children's programme.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Singleton said: “Perhaps my worst financial failure was not getting The Beatles' autographs when I met them in the 1960s – that would have been worth a lot of money today.”
