Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's new album will be released in the New Year, it's been confirmed.
The 12-track album, entitled, 'Working On A Dream', will be available in the US from January 27th.
Springsteen completed work on the album after he left the campaign trail in support of President-elect Barack Obama.
He told Billboard that the record, which has been produced by Brendan O'Brien, was “written quickly”, adding: "We usually used one of our first few takes."
Two bonus songs – 'The Wrestler' and 'A Night With The Jersey Devil'- will also be included on the release.
The album's title-track was premiered during the half-time highlights on Sunday Night Football last night (November 16th).
As previously reported on Gigwise, Springsteen and the E Street Band will play the half-time show at the Super Bowl in February.
