Rod Stewart is to perform for the Prince of Wales as he celebrates his 60th birthday today.
The singer has waived his usual appearance fee to perform at Prince Charles’s Highgrove estate in Gloucestershire.
Other guests expected to join members of the Royal Family include Stephen Fry and author Jimmy Cooper.
Comedians Sanjeev Bhaskar and Meera Syal, who front the TV show Kumars at No 42, will also perform.
The heir to the throne turned 60 on November 14th.
As previously reported on Gigwise, earlier this week Stewart confirmed that he would be reuniting with his former group the Faces.
