Dannii Minogue is rumored to not be returing as a judge on reality TV show ‘The X Factor’ alongside Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh next season.
Show bosses revealed that the singer “no longer serves a purpose” on the show and are said to prefer Cheryl Cole to Minogue.
“Dannii was brought in to initially to be the younger counterpart to Sharon, but since Cheryl Cole arrived, she has replaced Dannii in that role and become much more popular,” claims a source to Heat Magazine.
The source also revealed that Sharon Osbourne would not be returning as a judge but the bosses are hoping to bring on “a younger, male judge” into the mix.

- That's disgusting. The show won't have any sicerity in it if it chops Dannii just because of her popularity. Simon himself is 50!!!!!!!!! Its ridiculous
- yes but if Dannii got the chop we wouldn't have to look at her silly nostrils every week which are becoming increasingly more like Michael Jacksons aren't they. Wierd looking things.
- Bring back the original judges line-up. If it's not broke don't mend it. Ever since the line-up changed it seems to have thrown the show into a downward spiral and that'e a crime.

- Doesnt really make sense! lol It says Dannii was meant as a younger counterpart to Sharon. But now sharon is gone and they have cheryl! Then it says that Cheryl is taking Dannii's place as the younger counterpart, therefore Dannii is not needed. So who exactly is meant to be the older counterpart scotch fuckking mist! Total bullshit to keep the show in the press! Dannii rocks my socks! lol
