Jay-Z energized a crowd of voters yesterday at Chester Robinson Athletic Center at Florida Memorial University for a 'Last Chance for Change' rally in South Florida yesterday (November 2).
With two days till one of the most important elections in American history, Jay-Z teamed up with friends Sean Diddy Combs, Mary J. Blige and music executive Kevin Liles to speak to the 800 strong crowd about voting.
The artists did not perform on stage for the crowd but took the time to endorse Democratic candidate Barack Obama for the presidency.
"We have been doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result," stated Blige.
"Please do something different. Barack Obama is a true example of something different. He's a true example of something our children can have in the future, what they can look at and say: 'Wow, we can really, really do something. We can really, really be something.'"
