Britney Spears will hold a two week residency at the O2 Arena in London next summer, according to reports.
The singer, who releases her new album, ‘Circus’, in December, will perform at the venue as part of a world tour.
“It will be fantastic for Britney and great for her fans in the UK that so many of them will see her in action,” a source told the Sun newspaper.
“She really looks like she will be on top of her game. Her fitness and state-of-mind are improving all the time.”
If the concerts are confirmed, Spears will follow in the footsteps of Prince and the Spice Girls who have both performed extensive runs at the venue.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Spears will visit the UK before the end of the year to appear on The X Factor.
‘Circus’ is released on December 1st – a day before her 27th birthday.
