The man charged with attacking Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher on stage is due to appear in court in Canada later.
47-year-old Daniel Sullivan faces charges of assault after he pushed Gallagher from behind during the band's headlining performance at the Virgin Festival in Toronto last month.
Oasis were forced to cancel the remaining dates of their North American tour following the incident, which left Gallagher with broken ribs.
The guitarist has since revealed that he feared he had been stabbed in the immediate aftermath of the attack.
Gallagher has now returned to the band and is due to perform at the BBC Electric Proms in London on Sunday (October 26th).
