Kaiser Chiefs Question The Difficulty Of Writing A James Bond Theme

Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson has questioned how hard it is to write a theme tune for James Bond.

In an interview with Sky News, Wilson attempted to write a theme – but admitted he was more interested in the band's new album 'Off With Their Heads'.

"Well, how hard can it be singing songs about spying?" Wilson asked, before adding: "I'm a spy, I've got two eyes, I don't even have to try 'cos I am a spy..."

After bashfully rejecting a request to write a song for the film, bassist Simon Rix praised the current Bond theme 'Another Way To Die'.

Rix said the song, which has been written by Jack White and Alicia Keys, was “brilliant, perfect bond.”

Kaiser Chiefs continued their UK tour last night (October 20th) at London's Kentish Town Forum.
