Madonna And Guy Ritchie Divorce Set To Exceed 20 Million Pounds

Madonna’s divorce from film director Guy Ritchie is expected to cost the singer in excess of £20million, according to reports.

The settlement will see the singer pay Ritchie a £20million lump sum, which includes a number of the couple’s properties.

According to the Sun newspaper, Ritchie will get the couple’s pub in London’s Mayfair and their 1,200-acre country estate in Wiltshire.

A source close to the couple, who announced they were to divorce earlier this week, said “negotiations were relatively painless”.

“Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep,” they added.

As previously reported on Gigwise, Madonna continued her 27-date Sticky & Sweet world tour this week.

On Thursday, the singer appeared to address her divorce on stage by dedicating a song to the “emotionally retarded”.
