Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has admitted that he was nervous for his brother, Noel, when the band opened their UK tour on Tuesday (October 7th).
The concert at Liverpool's Echo Arena was the band's first performance since Noel was attacked on stage by a fan in Canada.
The guitarist sustained three broken ribs in the incident, which forced the cancellation of the band's North American tour.
Speaking to BBC 6Music about the show, Liam Gallagher said: “It was good, little bit nervous but I was more nervous for ah kid (Noel), because his ribs will get better but them things are in your head, you know what I mean?
“I was sorta just worried about him, making sure he was alright but other than that, doddle for me mate.”
