Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner has confirmed that Josh Homme is producing songs for their as-yet-untitled third album.
The band have been working with the Queens of the Stone Age singer in Los Angeles.
Speaking to the BBC, Turner said: "We've been recording the new album with Josh Homme. It's been going really well but it's still early stages at this point."
Homme first hinted at the collaboration in August during an appearance at the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Arctic Monkeys have already demoed a series songs for the album alongside Simian Mobile Disco man James Ford.
