The Killers, Pink, Kid Rock and Duffy will all perform live at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool next month.
Duffy leads the nominations at the event alongside Coldplay and Britney Spears, who is expected to attend.
The Killers will preview a song from new album 'Day And Age' during their performance.
Singer Brandon Flowers said the group were “thrilled” to be attending the event, and described its staging in Liverpool as being the “caramel on the apple”.
“It is, after all, the birthplace of music," he added.
The EMAs will take place at the city's Echo Arena on November 6th.
