Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows has praised the new material of the Killers and Keane.
“The new Killers track (‘Human’) is beautiful and we’ve had a little dance to Keane ‘Spiraling’,” he told the BBC.
All three bands are due to release their new album within a month of each other, but Burrows denied that they would face competition.
He said: “Once you get to this point it’s not a competition. It’s a really interesting time and it’s been fun to listen to what other bands are doing.”
Razorlight’s new album ‘Slipway Fires’ is released on November 3rd. It will be preceded by the single ‘Wire To Wire’.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Razorlight have announced a full UK tour in support of the album. For more information, click here.
