Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has been granted an early release from prison, according to reports.
It's understand that Fielder-Civil, who was jailed in July, has agreed to move in with his mother, Georgette, after originally refusing to leave prison.
Under monitoring, he will have to have worn an electronic tag and abide to a 7pm curfew.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Fielder-Civil turned down another offer to leave prison as long as he entered rehab.
A source told the Sun newspaper: “Once he’s out he had better behave. A single breach of his curfew could have him whisked back into prison.”
Fielder-Civil was jailed for 27 months after pleading guilty to assaulting a pub landlord and perverting the course of justice.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Winehouse looked gaunt last night as she played an impromptu gig in London. You can see pictures below.
