US rapper Lil' Wayne has been shortlisted for twelve prizes at this year's BET Hip-Hop Awards in Georgia.
Two of the rapper's songs – 'Lollipop' and 'A Milli' – are nominated for Track of the Year, while his other nominations include CD of the Year and Best Hip-Hop Video.
Both categories also feature fellow rapper's Kanye West and Jay-Z, who have picked up seven and six nominations each.
T.I., who was arrested hours before last year's ceremony on suspicion of gun possession, has been shortlisted for three awards.
Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons, who helped launch Def Jam Recordings alongside Rick Rubin, will be presented with the annual I Am Hip-Hop award.
The ceremony, which will be hosted by Kat Williams, will take place at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Centre on October 18th.
