Oasis' Noel Gallagher To Head Into The Ring With Ricky Hatton

Oasis' Noel Gallagher has apparently been asked to accompany boxer Ricky Hatton into the ring before his next fight.

Gallagher will carry one of Hatton's belts before his IBF light-welterweight showdown clash with Paulie Malignaggi.

According to the Sun newspaper, Oasis' hit 'Wonderwall' may be used to soundtrack Hatton's entrance at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

“Noel has agreed in principle. They’re big mates,” a source told the newspaper.

Gallagher recently compared his rib injuries – sustained after a fan attacked him on stage – to having a sparring session with the British boxer.
