Elbow's fourth album 'The Seldom Seen Kid' will return to the top-10 in the UK charts this weekend after winning the Mercury Prize.
The band's album, which was at number 61 last week, beat the likes of Radiohead, The Last Shadow Puppets and Laura Marling on Tuesday.
According to midweek chart figures, the album is currently at number 9 and will “definitely” have secured a place in the top-10 by Sunday.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Elbow's online overnight sales on Tuesday increased by 260 percent thanks the high profile accolade.
Meanwhile, in the album chart, Glasvegas and Metallica are battling for this week's top-spot, despite the metal band's record not receiving its official release until tomorrow.
