Drum'n'bass DJ Grooverider has been released from prison in Dubai after serving half of a four year sentence for drugs possession.
The DJ, who was jailed in February, was found in possession of 2.16 grams of cannabis when stopped at Dubai airport in November last year.
At the time, he claimed to have forgotten about the drugs when they were found in his pocket by airport security.
He was released last Thursday after being pardoned by the Dubai Royal Family. According to the BBC, the DJ has already flown home to spend time with his family and friends.
Grooverider is perhaps most famous for his weekly drum and bass show on Radio 1.
