Members of Great White have agreed to pay $1million in damages to the survivors and family relatives of people who died in a fire at one of their gigs, according to court papers.
Pyrotechnics, fired by the band's tour manager David Biechele, sparked the fire at the Station nightclub in 2003 in which 100 people died.
Biechele pleaded guilty to 100 counts of involuntary manslaughter in 2006 but was released on parole in March of this year after serving less than half of his sentence.
The settlement, filed yesterday at a court in Providence, maintains that the band's members do not claim any wrongdoing in the incident.
Nearly $175million has already been offered to defendants to settle lawsuits relating to the fire, which also injured over 200 people.
The incident, which is the fourth deadliest nightclub fire in US history, featured in Gigwise's recent When Gigs Go Bad gallery.
