Take That have apparently launched a bid to get Iglu & Hartly evicted from their flat.
The boy band, whose studio shares the same building, are said to be angry about the American group's noise levels.
"Take That are recording downstairs and apparently Iglu & Hartly are disrupting their recording so much that the band want them out. They will be out by the weekend,” a source told the Daily Star.
But Iglu & Hartly singer Sam Martin, who admitted his landlady was disturbed by the state of their flat, was not bothered about Take That's complaint.
"Take who? Are they like New Kids On The Block? Cool,” he said.
