Madonna's touring party has threatened to walk out of her Sticky & Sweet world tour because of low-cost travel arrangements, it's been claimed.
A number of her staff are said to have voiced their anger after being forced to sleep in a cheap airport hotel following her concert in Nice last week.
According to the Mirror newspaper, in contrast Madonna stayed at the nearby £11,000-a-night Chateau Saint Jeannet with a 12 strong entourage.
"Everyone is absolutely furious with her and some of them want to walk out of the tour. They feel they are being treated like second-class citizens, despite all their hard work over the last few months,” a source told the newspaper.
"Trouble has been brewing for a few months in the Madonna camp, especially since all the claims that her marriage was in crisis.
"Now to make matters worse, they are being forced to stay in horrible places and fly on cheap low-cost flights, while she has the lap of luxury. Several are already talking about walking if things don't improve."
Sir Elton John and his long term partner David Furnish both attended the show in France last week. You can see pictures of the gig below.
