Lil Wayne has missed a court date in Arizona citing a medical condition as the reason for his absence, according to Contact Music.
The rapper was set to appear in front of a judge on Monday (August 25) for drug possession, which has been an ongoing legal battle since January of 2008 after police found illegal drugs on his tour bus.
Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., is set to be back in court in Arizona once again in October of 2008.
