Sir Elton John Makes Surprise Appearance At Madonna Concert

Sir Elton John was a surprise guest at Madonna's concert in Nice, France last night (August 26th).

The singer, who was joined by long-term partner David Furnish, watched Madonna from the audience at the Charles Ehrmann stadium.

His appearance in the crowd reinforced the truce between the two singers following their fall out in 2004.

Sir Elton famously enraged Madonna when he accused her of lip-synching during her Re-Invention tour – but the pair made up at an awards ceremony last year.

Madonna's concert in Nice was the second night of her 27-date Sticky and Sweet world tour, which began in Cardiff last Saturday (August 23rd).
