Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland says the group plan to record together in the near future.

The girl group, which also features Beyonce Knowles and Michelle Williams, parted ways in 2005 in order to pursue their solo careers.

But Rowland has now confirmed that they are all keen to work together once again.

"We're so looking forward to working with each again and we just need to find a time in our diaries when we can get into the studio together," she todl ShowbizSpy.

Last month, Rowland insisted that the group had "never split up".

Since launching their solo careers, Knowles, who is married to US rapper Jay-Z, has gone on to enjoy the most commercial success in both the music and film industries.
