Duffy Asks For Role In Gavin And Stacey

Duffy has appealed to the creators of the TV comedy Gavin and Stacey to give her a role in the hit show.

The Welsh singer said she is a big fan of the TV series, which is set in both Wales and Essex.

“I want a role. Can I put it out there — let’s do it,” the singer told the Sun newspaper.

Duffy was one of a host of stars who pulled huge crowds at last weekend's V Festival in Staffordshire and Chelmsford.
