Madonna has apparently told guests not to refer to her age when she holds her birthday celebrations later.

The pop star, who turns 50 today, has issued instructions telling people not to bring cards or presents that display her age.

Madonna is expected to hold her birthday party at her home in Wiltshire – despite twisting her ankle earlier this week.

"Plans are very hush-hush but Madonna is definitely going to celebrate in style,” a source told the Mirror newspaper

"Unfortunately, not everything has gone as expected as she's had many other things on her mind. On top of all the stress, she twisted her ankle over the weekend.”

  • I’m sorry, but M looks 50 years old. The entertainment industry is saying she does’’nt but with her drooping eyes, popping veins, thinning hair, and sharp skeletal structure, she sure looks 50 to me.

  • Couldn't agree with you more. It must be tough to have gone under the knife so many time and still look your age. Makes me wonder how she would look without wealth greater than many small countries.
