The annual CMJ Festival has announced their first round of performers for their 2008 Music Marathon.
The festival will be in New York from October 21-25 in various venues around the city.
Leading the pack so far will be A Place To Bury Strangers, Beach House, Broken Social Scene, Cool Kids, Crystal Castles, Del McCoury Band, Deerhoof, Donavon Frankenreiter, Gang Gang Dance, Jay Reatard, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Lykke Li, Minus The Bear, Roisin Murphy, The Dears, They Might Be Giants, The Virgins and Yo Majesty, with additional acts to be announced.
