Queen have dedicated their new studio album, their first in 13 years, to their former frontman Freddie Mercury.
'The Cosmo Rocks' is the band's first album to feature Mercury's replacement vocalist Paul Rodgers, who takes shared credits on the project along with guitarist Brian May and Roger Taylor.
The album, which is released on September 15th, will be preceded by the single 'C-lebrity'.
Speaking about the song, Taylor said: "’C-lebrity’ is really a comment on the current concept of fame - success and all that goes with it.
“Getting your face on TV is enough - talent doesn't really enter into the equation. ‘Celebrity’ is an overused and devalued word today. I think the song shows we have lost none of the humour of Queen.”
The tracklist for 'The Cosmo Rocks' is:
'Cosmos Rockin''
'Time To Shine'
'Still Burnin''
'Small'
'Warboys'
'We Believe'
'Call Me'
'Voodoo'
'Some Things That Glitter'
'C-lebrity'
'Through The Night'
'Say It's Not True'
'Surf's Up . . . School's Out!'
