Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, will be released just after Christmas, it's been reported.
Fielder-Civil was sentenced in July to 27 months in jail after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a pub landlord and perverting the course of justice.
According to his mother, Georgette, Fielder-Civil, who served nine months while on remand, could be released on December 30th.
"We're hoping that his probation officer will advise him to stay with us. If he's linked with drugs on his weekend visit he will lose the right to come out early,” she told the News of the World newspaper.
“He will be released on December 30 if he's a good boy. I've told him to keep his head down."
Winehouse was not present when Fielder-Civil was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court last month.
