Standon Calling Festival 2008: Gigwise Photo Review

Set in the tranquil surrounding of someone's back garden in Hertfordshire, Standon Calling is about as intimate as festivals come.

But despite it's tiny capacity of 2,500, the festival still manages to attract some of the best and most in demand bands around.

The 2008 edition, which took place last weekend, was no exception.

With performances from Super Furry Animals, Glasvegas and The Maccabees it was another memorable event.
