Rage Against The Machine To Play Show During Republican National Convention
Rage Against The Machine has announced an additional tour date in Minneapolis, Minnesota during the Republican National Convention.
The show will take place at the Target Center on September 3 while the Convention is scheduled to take place from September 1-4 according to Minneapolis’ Star Tribune.
In addition, guitarist Tom Morello will be performing a show with fellow social activist Steve Earle at a union rally at St. Paul’s Harriet Island on September 1.
The date was announced following a chaotic performance at Lollapalooza where singer Zack de la Rocha needed to stop the band’s performance three times due to the crushing of fans in the front rows.
