    • Wednesday 30th July 2008. Slipknot and Disturbed bring on the theatrics at the Cruzan Amphitheatre, West Palm Beach, Florida.  This show is part of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Slipknot wear their trademark horror masks, while David Draiman tries to outdo them by coming onstage as Hannibal Lecter.
