Nas has spoken on national television show ‘The Colbert Report’ about the feud between himself and Fox News.
The rapper appeared on the show shortly after Bill O’Reilly called the protestors slamming his network were “Kool Aid drinking zombie followers” after standing in front of the Fox News building with a petition signed by over 620,000 people expressing concern over what they feel is a racist portrayal of blacks including presidential candidate Barak Obama and his wife Michelle.
When on the show, Nas performed his single ‘Slyfox’ as well as sat on a box of signed petitions that he claims Fox News would not accept.
"They refuse to see the petitions. They don't want to deal with it. They want to try to act like they want to get away from it. I been getting a little word that people from Fox have been trying to call and talk to me and stuff like that, but right now it's about getting as many as people as we can [to sign],” said the rapper to MTV News.
Nas also claimed to Colbert that he is ready to debate with O’Reilly about the issue.
